Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an Executive Director - Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key data, forecasting revenue streams, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans.
  • This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and managing teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building channel partners, leading large teams, and driving sales acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key data to inform sales strategies
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams
  • Identify opportunities and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage sales teams to drive performance
  • BUILD RAPPORT WITH TEAM MEMBERS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SALES APPROACH
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA with 4+ years of experience in sales or acquisition
  • Hands-on experience in building channel partners and leading large teams in sales acquisition processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in driving sales performance and managing teams
