Job Summary:
- We are seeking an Executive Director - Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key data, forecasting revenue streams, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans.
- This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and managing teams.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in building channel partners, leading large teams, and driving sales acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key data to inform sales strategies
- Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams
- Identify opportunities and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead and manage sales teams to drive performance
- BUILD RAPPORT WITH TEAM MEMBERS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SALES APPROACH
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA with 4+ years of experience in sales or acquisition
- Hands-on experience in building channel partners and leading large teams in sales acquisition processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in driving sales performance and managing teams
