Role Overview

You will conceptualize and execute 360° digital campaigns, own the visual identity across channels, and lead the creation of high-performing digital-first assets for Instagram, YouTube, D2C website, and more.

Key Responsibilities


• Own the visual language of the brand and evolve it to build distinctive, premium, and modern beauty codes


• Design and direct high-quality static and motion creative assets across platforms from product pages to Instagram posts and reels


• Craft clean, minimal, and aspirational visuals that drive both brand love and performance


• Conceptualize and lead 360° digital campaigns, including social-first brand launches, content series, and influencer assets


• Art direct photo and video shoots (products + models), working closely with stylists, photographers, and editors


• Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, and creative partners to deliver integrated visual storytelling


• Translate creative concepts into scroll-stopping content tailored for mobile-first platforms


• Maintain strong alignment with web, product, and packaging teams to ensure brand

consistency

Technical Skills Required


• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


• Strong layout, typography, and image editing skills


• Proficient in Figma for digital design and UI components


• Familiarity with motion graphics tools: Canva Pro, After Effects (bonus)


• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and D2C website visual formats


• Proven experience with mobile-first, digital-first thinking


• Ability to produce both quick-turnaround assets and campaign-level creative

Experience Required


• 4–6 years of experience in art direction and graphic design, with at least 2+ years in premium beauty, fashion, or lifestyle D2C brands


• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to build visually elevated digital campaigns, especially for Instagram and website-first launches
