Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team at Career-Comfort.

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information.
They should also be proactive in identifying solutions to customer problems and be able to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
