Job Opportunity: Field-Based Service Specialist

We are seeking skilled candidates to fill a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites.

This is a field-based position that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair products at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and Warranty Complaints: Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Escalation Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Field Feedback: Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across the country.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliability and Commitment: Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and Experienced Candidates: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industry preferred.
  • Service Documentation Knowledge: Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
