We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

- Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Requirements:
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer Support and Sales skills to assist with customer acquisition and retention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
