Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Call Center Customer Service Representative.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include answering customer queries, providing product and service information, troubleshooting problems, maintaining accurate customer records, and escalating complex cases to relevant departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Experience in handling Customer Experience and interacting with Customer Service Representatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
