Customer Support Specialist

  • Keep our knowledge base sharp by regularly updating our internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations
  • Collaborate and innovate by sharing feature requests and clever workarounds with the team
  • Stay ahead of the curve by informing customers about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Versatile support skills, including handling calls, chats, and emails
  • A customer-centric approach and strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools, with a bonus if you know CRM systems
