- Business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for team growth and customer engagement.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to transform broad ideas into actionable plans.
- Great problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- B2C experience with a focus on customer relationship management.
