Job Description:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to increase sales and market share in our assigned territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other business partners, to foster a culture of trust and cooperation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:- Contribute to the development of our overall business strategy, focusing on market analysis, competitor research, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion within our existing channels and explore new markets to drive growth.
- Provide input on business decisions related to resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the channel growth team, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Manage and analyze data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of channel plans.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and talent acquisition within the team.
- Identify training needs and develop customized programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in channel management or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in driving channel growth, improving profitability, and enhancing market presence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
