
Business Growth Strategist

Our Head of Growth & E-commerce role is now open. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in leading our growth engine and scaling our digital-first story.
Originally Desi is a premium FMCG D2C brand that has disrupted the traditional market with its authenticity and modern approach. We're looking for someone who can take us to the next level by developing and executing strategies that drive growth, optimize ad spends, and build strong relationships with leading digital shelves.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading marketplace growth: Build and manage relationships with top digital platforms.
- Owning performance marketing: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
- Boosting sales and conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
- Optimizing everything: Ensure our product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and trust.
- Data-driven decision making: Analyze key performance metrics and competitor activity to inform growth plans.
- Building partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to balance numbers and storytelling.
- Experience with CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Passion for building a community that celebrates purity, authenticity, and modern living.
