Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leadership professional to drive business growth and excellence.

  • This is a leadership role that oversees the development and execution of strategic plans to improve business delivery and secure revenue streams.
  • The successful candidate will establish processes to optimize insurance collections, leveraging expertise in revenue cycle management and KPIs standards.
  • The goal is to drive the improvement of all downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Follow-up/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
  • The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of various provider specialties and develop strategies to address their needs.
  • They will ensure that portfolio performance meets client and internal company benchmarks, driving growth and success.
  • Additionally, they will develop the leadership capabilities and business acumen of team members, promoting full team competency and retention.
  • Executing policies, processes, and procedures with strong leadership skills and experience managing multiple teams is essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • The successful candidate should be currently serving as Associate Director or have held a minimum of 2 years of experience as Senior Manager.
  • A proven track record of handling large teams (150+) and demonstrated leadership capabilities is necessary.
  • The ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals, with expertise in MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
