Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of expertise to lead and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing spend, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Significant performance marketing experience handling large budgets.
  • Demonstrate proven ROI achievement from marketing budgets, meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
