- We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in a Business-to-Business Sales capacity.">
- This role is focused on forging strong partnerships with study abroad admission consultants, driving student referrals and loan approvals.">
- You will be responsible for engaging with consultants, onboard new partners, build rapport and create lasting relationships.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new study abroad admission consultants. Build strong relationships through regular communication and networking events.">
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing consultants, ensuring consistent student referrals and loan approvals.">
- Achieve Referral Targets: Drive student referral numbers by ensuring 100% of students going abroad through partnered consultants are referred to us for loans.">
- Market Insights: Gather information from consultants about student preferences, market demands and competitor offerings to improve service and partnership strategies.">
- Consultant Engagement: Organize and participate in events, webinars or seminars to educate consultants and their students about our offerings.">
- Issue Resolution: Act as the key point of contact for consultant-related queries or issues, resolving matters in a professional and timely manner.">
- Reporting: Track and report key metrics, including referral rates, consultant satisfaction and loan approvals.">
Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or finance sector.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present professionally and persuasively.">
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet consultants and partners face-to-face.">
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure consultants exclusively refer students to us for financing solutions.">
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.">
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.">
