This role involves leading a team responsible for expanding business growth through sales in the Home Loans and Loan Against Property segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition: Identify high-potential client segments, develop customized loan structures to meet their needs, and establish profitable relationships.
  • Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement: Foster strong partnerships with the DSA/DST/Connector network to achieve sales targets. Regularly meet and call with prospective clients to generate business.
  • Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion: Streamline Turnaround Times by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, expanding channel presence, and growing the customer base.
  • Sales Operations & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
  • Business Initiatives & Contests: Participate in business-driven initiatives and contests to enhance overall sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property.
  • Ability to identify and execute sales growth opportunities.
  • Proven skills in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent understanding of market segmentation and sales operations.
