Job Title: Sales Enablement Lead
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in sales enablement. As Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to drive business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing sales strategies, as well as providing solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, and lead the development and execution of capture strategies.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Lead the negotiation strategy and close plans for deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide solutions to complex problems.
- Drive business objectives through collaboration with multiple teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in sales enablement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software (desired).
