Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to support our sales and marketing teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide training to business administrators on sales enablement platforms.
  • Understand end-user goals and requirements for sales and digital marketing platforms.
  • Participate in technical design, prototypes, mockups, QA testing, and delivery of solutions for new projects and release cycles.
  • Provide strategic business support to enable sales and marketing teams.
  • Cultivate positive vendor relationships by maintaining communication between all involved parties.
  • Troubleshoot configurations and platform challenges, making solution recommendations.
  • Serve as an advocate to ensure platform problems are resolved to completion and user satisfaction.
  • Support and participate in the definition and prioritization of quality requirements from all solution stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working with sales and marketing technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and Business.
  • Comfortable collaborating across a cross-functional and matrixed organization.
