About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to deliver end-to-end audiovisual integration projects across a region. This role involves full project ownership from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high technical standards.

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
