Cybersecurity Leader

Overview

The Cybersecurity Leader is responsible for the overall security posture of a region or subsidiary. This includes implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect against cyber threats.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters within the region
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in managing the region's cybersecurity program
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity into business operations
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of group-wide cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness and skills

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cybersecurity strategies
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as threat analysis, incident response, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve strategic objectives
