About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This key position is responsible for accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. A strong background in construction management, with experience working on global projects, is essential. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other related tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully reviewing project specifications, drawings, and documents to estimate costs accurately.
  • Familiarizing oneself with international codes and standards, including NRM, POMI, and Smm7.
  • Ensuring all cost estimates meet industry standards and quality expectations.
  • Using appropriate measurement methods to assess quantities accurately.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Well-organized, proactive, assertive, and commercially astute.
