Site Construction Manager

This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of site construction activities, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Planning and Management: Prepare detailed plans and specifications for site construction activities, taking into account project requirements and safety codes.
- Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design and project specifications, identifying any potential issues or defects.
- Surveying and Measurement: Direct or perform surveys and measurements as required to support construction activities.
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Estimate costs and prepare budgets for site construction activities, ensuring that these are in line with project requirements.
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate site construction activities for timely completion of projects, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: On-site project management experience in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in civil engineering.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong background in quality control processes, and safety compliance in construction projects. Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
