Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our construction projects. As a Design Construction Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of tender documents: You will analyze tender documents, prepare technical queries, and liaise with clients for clarifications.
  • Site Logistics Planning: Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies.
  • Design Coordination & Optimization: Collaborate with design teams, coordinate with external consultants, and optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technology Expertise: Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment, handle methodologies for complex structures.
  • Execution Support: Conduct site visits, work closely with execution teams, and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare and interpret construction drawings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Gulf countries with modern construction techniques, strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods, knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction.
  • Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style: Ability to work collaboratively with execution and design teams, proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical drawings and sketches.
