Job Title: Experienced Civil Construction Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented civil construction manager to oversee and execute high-end projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Civil Works Execution: Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Site Management: Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • High-End Finishes: Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Project Planning: Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
