Project Coordinator Role

At our esteemed organization, we seek a diligent and analytical Project Coordinator to join our project management team. This role offers hands-on experience in construction management, estimation, costing, budgeting, and site execution.

  • Assist in developing technical and managerial skills essential for a career in construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Support the preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
