We are seeking an experienced Senior Product professional to drive our product vision and strategy across our platform.

Job Overview

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  2. Product Development: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  3. Customer Experience & Innovation: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  4. Data & Performance: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
