We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee accounting and financial planning processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Accounting & Reporting:
      • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, and O2C, for respective business units.
      • Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close completion.
      • Enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP (Ind-AS).
    • Financial Planning & Analysis:
      • Provide end-to-end finance operational support to specific business units.
      • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the specified business unit.
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
      • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.
    Requirements:
    • CA / CMA/ CA Inter qualification.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software.
    • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
