We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at SgurrEnergy. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, and monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work individually and within a team. Familiarity with the renewable energy sector or consultative services selling is highly desirable, as is experience with client management and relationship-building.

Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, with knowledge of French a plus.
