Job Description:

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding categories within the Local Shops space, particularly for Heavy & Bulky and Emerging Whitespaces. This role will focus on driving large-scale initiatives, engaging with internal and external teams, and identifying and building relationships with key prospects and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate long-term roadmaps for the categories you will manage, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with internal and external teams to improve products, business processes, and customer offerings.
  • Identify and build relationships with key prospects and partners, crafting targeted value propositions and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire sellers in focus categories, improving selection and fulfillment capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine and implement.
  • A Masters degree, or an MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
