">We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Worli. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management and a proven track record of developing innovative strategies and campaigns.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop comprehensive strategies for digital marketing campaigns, incorporating a blend of online channels to achieve business objectives.
- Implement and execute campaigns with a strategic focus on driving traffic to the website, generating leads for the salons, and maximising conversion rates.
- Take charge of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to enhance performance, ensuring a balanced approach between customer acquisition and return on investment.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure uniform messaging and visual identity across all channels by working closely with the creative team.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page designs, ensuring an optimal user experience that contributes to increased conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform ongoing marketing strategies and adapt to market changes.
- Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach, foster partnerships, and drive incremental sales.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers and nurturing leads.
- Strategize and execute campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to the website and generating leads specifically tailored to support salon-related activities.
- Take responsibility for CRM activities, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication and engagement with the brand.
Requirements & Skills:
">- Proven experience in brand management: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns to differentiate the brand in the market
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting strategies based on market changes.
Compensation and Benefits
