The Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to increase revenue
- Present products or services to potential customers and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support to customers and address any concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to drive business growth
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications or Sales Operations/Sales Support within the Hospitality, Leisure, or Travel industry
- Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
