The Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to increase revenue
  • Present products or services to potential customers and negotiate contracts to secure new business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address any concerns or issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to drive business growth

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications or Sales Operations/Sales Support within the Hospitality, Leisure, or Travel industry
  • Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data
  • Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
