Job Summary:

This role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs
  • Process Design: Define and design ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials and other relevant documentation to support implementations
  • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform
  • Business Value: Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions

Must have good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization

Experience in design, configuration and customization of ServiceNow SOM module as per Organization's SOM process

Must have experience in design and implementation of modules below

o ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order and Quote management

o Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)

o Customer Service Management (CSM) module

Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance and compliance

Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST/ SOAP methods, Integration Hub and Ebonding
