Job Title: IT Service Management Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT services and ensuring seamless operations? Do you have a strong background in IT service management and a keen eye for detail?

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of IT service management tools, such as FreshService and NEXLA.
  • Develop and maintain effective workflows and business processes to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT service management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve IT service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT service management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management) and CMDB concepts.
  • Experience with Rest APIs, SOAP integration, and webhooks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Cherwell ITSM, Data Dog, Flexara One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, Splunk, Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration.
  • AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Microsoft SCOM, OpsRamp, PowerBI.
