We are seeking a highly skilled Denial Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing denials, rejections, and accounts, ensuring timely corrections and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare provider accounts with utmost care and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the team leader to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
- Ensure that client deliverables adhere to quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Craft compelling communications with insurance carriers, document actions taken, and review emails for updates.
- Identify issues, escalate them to the immediate supervisor, and update production logs accordingly.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Possess sound knowledge in healthcare concepts, with 6 months to 3 years of denial management experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in calling insurance companies, with a solid understanding of healthcare concepts.
