Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to oversee the implementation of high-quality services across various disciplines. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all services meet the required standards and specifications.

  • This includes HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems, and IT systems.
  • The successful candidate will create detailed designs for all services and obtain sign-off on the drawings.
  • They will also manage and control energy consumption through efficient design practices.
Responsibilities
  1. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all services meet the required standards.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed service designs, including schedules and timelines.
  3. Ensure that all designs are approved by relevant authorities before proceeding with implementation.
  4. Manage and optimize energy consumption through sustainable design practices.
  5. Prepare and recommend budgets for services based on current industry standards and specifications.
  6. Present rate contracts to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis.
  7. Identify and build relationships with qualified consultants for MEP services in the region.
  8. Design and deliver training programs for execution teams on MEP services.
  9. Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to ensure a +/-5% variance from target values.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Mandatory bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
