Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing multiple sites and remote governance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration and Budget Management: Oversee contract administration, budget planning, and financial management to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Facility Management Services: Monitor and coordinate facility management services for various sites in the region, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Employee Well-being Services: Administer employee well-being services, including health and safety protocols, to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Procurement: Manage equipment maintenance, procurement, and inventory control to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Vendor Management and Business Travel: Coordinate vendor relationships, business travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings to streamline processes.
  • Event and Off-site Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and off-site meetings to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • MIS and Database Management: Develop and maintain databases, reports, and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • EHS Compliance and Labour Law Enforcement: Implement EHS guidelines and enforce labour laws to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Degree or Above: Possess a postgraduate degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Site Management Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple sites and remote governance.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate knowledge of financial acumen for managing site budgets and spend.
  • Crisis Management and Cross-functional Leadership: Showcase crisis management skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Planning and Implementation: Exhibit adeptness in planning, implementation, and execution.
  • Computer Applications and Communication: Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and Cross-functional Management: Display high interpersonal and cross-functional management skills.
