Job Opportunity: Facilities Management Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our building facilities. This position involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing office services, and assisting with workplace safety and compliance initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor building security, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Track inventory and order office and facility supplies as needed.
  • Assist in managing office moves, furniture setups, and space planning.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support health and safety compliance efforts, including inspections and audits.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Conditions:This role is based in an office environment with occasional site walkthroughs.
