As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role involves managing the flow of inventory, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing our supply chain without wastage or excess.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including soft services, administration, technical, maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Administrative & Soft Services Management: Manage housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, and other administrative and soft services day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Track Inventory, forecast demand, place weekly and monthly orders, maintain AMC's, receive and store goods in stores.
  • Staff Management: Supervise all facility support staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, office attendants, pantry, and housekeeping staff, assign and align support day-to-day operations.
  • Asset & Space Management: Manage workstations and overall facilities. Asset Insurance support and management.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential problems. Install, maintain, and repair various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Communicate and coordinate with pan-India and global vendors for facility services and manage their performance.
