Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Workplace Regional Lead. This position is responsible for delivering workplace services across various facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be proactive and detail-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with the team and vendors to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

The key aspects of this role include:

  • Ensuring consistent high-standard service delivery across all facilities
  • Managing vendor partnerships and overseeing daily operations
  • Collaborating with other service partners to ensure consistency in service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet changing customer needs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facility management or the hospitality industry
  • A Bachelor's degree is required (an added benefit would be a degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field)
