Job Summary
Talent Acquisition and Development Lead- The Talent Acquisition and Development Lead is responsible for spearheading the company's recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans, leveraging diverse hiring channels.
- Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Manage accurate position tracking records and update relevant tools in a timely manner.
- Explore new recruitment channels as needed to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training needs and implement development plans accordingly.
- Ensure accurate attendance records for seamless payroll processing.
- Lead exit procedures, including documentation and employee feedback sessions.
- Foster open communication through regular performance discussions, goal-setting, and quarterly evaluations.
- Address conflicts, manage employee issues, and resolve grievances promptly and fairly.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Proven recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compensation best practices.
