Job Description:

About Rupeek, a leading digital lending fintech platform, founded in 2015, aims to create equal access to credit for every Indian by enabling hassle-free doorstep gold loans at the lowest interest rates.

The role blends data analysis, business strategy, and HR process improvement, involving collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL; partnering with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives; ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory working knowledge on Excel, with an optional skill in SQL; experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau; ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for translating technical data findings into clear executive summaries for HR and business leaders. A B-Tech/BE degree or a B-Tech/BE + MBA qualification is also necessary.
