Guest Relations Associate Position

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a positive experience for our guests. The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and handling administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
