Sales Development Role

As a sales development professional, you will be responsible for generating revenue by partnering with agencies and stakeholders.

  • Pitch STAN's offerings to potential partners and close high-impact revenue deals.
  • Drive new business development and grow our existing sales pipeline.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market insights.

Negotiate contracts, manage deal execution, and ensure partner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in environments such as branding agencies or adtech/ad sales.

  • Proven track record of closing brands worth ₹5L or more.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
