As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in your assigned territory.
Key areas of focus include developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to improve performance, and analyzing sales KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
Key Deliverables:- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of front-line sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Build strong relationships with merchants through proactive communication and issue resolution, ensuring timely payment and mutual benefit.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and expand the merchant network.
- Manage and coach sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals, providing constructive feedback and support when needed.
- Monitor competition and stay up-to-date on industry trends to maintain brand visibility and competitiveness.
