Job Role Overview:
The Associate Manager will cultivate, manage, and expand partner relationships across designated regions. This role focuses on executing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term successful collaborations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new partners to enhance lead generation and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to drive demos, appointments, and conversions.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost partner engagement and performance.
- Analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sector; industry-specific experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
