Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Contract Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support contract management activities on large scale projects including assisting multiple contract administrators and contract managers in pre-award and post-award functions.
  • Read and interpret contract documents and resolve contractual issues.
  • Prepare contract appreciation documents, contracting plans, and other necessary documents.
  • Manage day-to-day contractual correspondence.
  • Safeguard contractors' interests by proper contract interpretation.
  • Monitor correspondence status for timely replies and pendency of replies.
  • Record and notify delay events.
  • Draft and prepare EOT applications and support planning in delay analysis.
  • Identify claim opportunities, variations, changes in scope, time-related claims, and other contractual issues.
  • Vet and draft subcontract terms and conditions, agreements, MOUs, JV agreements, NDAs, and other necessary documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 7-9 years in managing contracts.
  • Knowledge and experience in contract administration.
  • Knowledge of the Contract Act.
  • Knowledge of delay analysis methods and contractual aspects of delay analysis.
  • Exposure to or experience in claim preparation.
