About the Role

This role oversees the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract process from initiation to completion.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Ensure contracts comply with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision, and audit requirements.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Lead the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.
  • Project Involvement (Finance POC): Represent Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition, or reporting.
  • Process Excellence & Automation: Drive improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
