Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill a critical role in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, negotiation, and drafting.

  • Draft, review, and validate IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
  • Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and experience in handling contracts with OEMs, service providers, and sub-contractors for software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower services.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and business heads to ensure contractual obligations are met, and the company's interests are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.
  • Liaise and make contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work on amendments or extensions of contracts and ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
