Job Title: Operations Director

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to oversee end-to-end HR operations, driving organizational effectiveness with a strong focus on sales team performance management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance sales team efficiency and target achievement. Additionally, they will conduct appraisals, maintain accurate employee records, and provide data-driven insights for goal-setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle for sales and non-technical roles.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and support audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRMS for attendance, payroll, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development programs for sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR generalist experience, including at least 1 year in performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidates must be based in Kollam district or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam.
  • Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an advantage.
