Job Opportunity:

The successful Telesales Assistant Manager will lead, motivate, and manage a team of 30 telesales executives to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

This role involves performance monitoring, training, coaching, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a telesales team of 30 executives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for individuals and the team
  • Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of telesales/inside sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing large telesales teams (20–30+ people)
