Export Sales Manager


We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing distributors across Asia and Africa, and analyzing market trends.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the network of distributors and stockists in South-Asia and Europe.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with FMCG buyers and industry partners.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales and export management.
  • Strong knowledge of EXIM laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in private label food manufacturing industries.
  • Well-connected with FMCG buyers.
  • Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
