Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through thorough market research, targeted outreach, and strategic campaign activities to secure new business opportunities in the US P&C insurance and technology markets.
  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and lead nurturing strategies to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progression.
  • Manage and maintain a robust lead database, guaranteeing data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers of qualified opportunities and foster a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to track, manage, and report sales activity, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation within the B2B space, preferably in the US market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in email marketing, campaigns, ABM, and market research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
  • Able to own and manage lead databases and pipelines effectively.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Technology sales.
  • Familiarity with working with US-based clients and time zones.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
